What does the Visibility Check actually check?

It asks a live AI engine the kinds of questions your customers ask, like "who is a good [your service] in [your city]", and records whether the answer names your business, links to your site, and who it recommends instead.

Which AI engines do you use?

The free check runs against a live AI engine, Google’s Gemini, with web grounding. Our full client measurement spans ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, because results differ by engine.

What is the difference between "mentioned" and "cited"?

Mentioned means the AI names your business in its answer. Cited means it also links to your website as a source. Cited is stronger, it means the engine trusts your site enough to point at it. We track both.

Is this a score out of 100?
